Lavender Potpourri

A jar of fragrant wood shavings with lavender petals mixed in- only missing the heady fragrance of lavender oil. Very distinctive colour patches. 

DMC approximation is patches of 155 and 3045 on linen, and a more washed out effect on evenweave. 

This colour works well on all available fabrics, with linen giving the brightest results. Lugana, other evenweaves and Aida give paler (more muted) results.
