Dusty Night

Hazy purple-grey reminiscent of the colour int he air as the sun goes down at the end of a hot and dusty summer day.

DMC approximation is slightly paler than 3041 on linen, and close to 3042 on eveneweave. This fabric sometimes turns out with distinctive purple or maroon streaks.

This colour works well on all available fabrics, with linen giving the brightest results. Lugana, other evenweaves and Aida give paler (more muted) results.
