Dark greyed-brown tones like the muted grey-browns of aged walnut shells.

DMC approximation is paler than 535 on linen and darker and greyer than 3024 on evenweave.

This colour works well on all available fabrics, with linen giving the brightest results. Lugana, other evenweaves and Aida give paler (more muted) results.
