Scoria

Cascades of reddish-coloured scoria tumbling down the sides of a volcano many millennia after the eruptions that created it.

DMC approximation is similar to 304 but more washed out on linen, and 961 on evenweave.

This colour works well on all available fabrics, with linen giving the brightest results. Lugana, other evenweaves and Aida give paler (more muted) results.
