Rimu

A warm soft golden terracotta brown, very reminiscent of the timber from the native rimu tree.

DMC approximation 402 on linen and 945 on evenweave.

This colour works well on all available fabrics, with linen giving the brightest results. Lugana, other evenweaves and Aida give paler (more muted) results.
