Passionfruit

The lovely bluey purple colour of the skin of ripe passionfruit.

DMC approximation is darker than 3834 on linen, and similar to 3835 on evenweave. Because of the intensity of this colour, it may bleed - if in doubt, pre-wash your fabric before using, and try to avoid washing it after it has been stitched.

This colour works well on all available fabrics, with linen giving the brightest results. Lugana, other evenweaves and Aida give paler (more muted) results.
